Team spirit through outdoor activity

On 12 October 2024, we enthusiastically took part in the 46^th 'Harzgebirgslauf', one of the most beautiful nature runs through the Harz National Park, which included both a hike and a run of 11 km. Together with our Managing Director and friends, we set out to explore the picturesque landscape of the Harz Mountains, to be active in sports and to strengthen our team spirit.

We promoted our physical fitness while enjoying nature to the full. In glorious weather and a great atmosphere, our participants set off on the route, which was a challenge for both professionals and beginners.

Many participants felt the competitive spirit and supported each other, which led to an unforgettable experience. Our Managing Director Karsten Frahn completed the 11-kilometre route in a time of 1 hour and 7 minutes, taking 11^th place in his age group and 238^th place overall.

The 'Harzgebirgslauf' has inspired us to stay active in the future and to take on sporting challenges regularly. We are looking forward to participating again next year and to achieving new goals together.
