Katronic AG and Co. KG becomes GmbH & Co. KG

The German part of the wider Katronic company has transformed legal entity and with that its registered name

The company formerly known as Katronic AG & Co. KG, now appears as Katronic GmbH & Co. KG in the commercial register. The name officially changed on the 9^th of October 2024 and Katronic has been trading under the name since the start of November. All general terms and conditions as well as sales and delivery conditions remain unchanged. Furthermore, the address in Wernigerode remains unaffected by the change of name. We kindly ask you to use the new company name in our business correspondence with immediate effect.
